“My goal is to help you become the best you possibly can be! I recognise that every person is unique and therefore has an individual set of dietary requirements. It is my job to establish what eating plan is right for you and to determine if certain foods or lifestyle habits may be contributing to poor-health. I recognise that ‘knowing’ what to eat is only half the journey. The other half is putting it in place and sticking to these healthier changes when life gets in the way. I support all my clients through such challenges so they are equipped to manage all situations”.

“Every dieter should come see Sue. You will never go on a diet again. She doesn’t just tell you what to eat. But why!”

Sam, Chichester.

“Not only has Sue helped me shift some very stubborn weight, I am actually eating a far healthier diet. She has helped me regain some of my confidence and helped with mental emotions that were holding me back with her brilliant recommendations”.

Fran, Chichester

“Brilliant talk. Very good and I learnt a lot”. Chichester University (Menopause Talk).

Julie, Chichester

“Sue was fantastic. Honest, engaging. A really valuable session and given me a new life skill”. Chichester District Council (Menopause in the Work Place).

Laurence, Chichester

“I was furious to discover I had recently been diagnosed as pre-diabetic and even angrier that my GP referred me to Sue’s Diabetes talk. However, Sue’s talk was brilliant. She has made a very emotional and scary subject easy to understand and motivated me to take charge of my health”.

Michelle, Chichester

“Sue has empowered me to finally lead a healthy lifestyle. She has shown me what foods to eat to stop my sugar cravings and I am finally not obsessing with food and calories. She has changed my whole outlook on food and what it means to be healthy”.

Laura, Chichester

“Thank you Sue. You have helped so much with managing my Crohn’s disease. I have more energy, my skin and hair have improved, I sleep better and I have more confidence in going out”.

Karen, Chichester

“Sue was very pragmatic and fun as well as clearly knowledgeable, and there were some really simple messages and take-away information including the handouts that I can immediately see are useful. I am already reducing my fruit snacks and substituting with some more protein-based ones to help prevent the sugar fluctuations and feel more knowledgeable about how I may be able to partially mitigate some symptoms in the future as and when I get them.”

Tara, (Menopause talk)

“I just wanted to say that I found today’s session so interesting and Sue was so lovely and down to earth which made the whole session very informative and yet not overly confusing or off putting, great talk! Thanks so much for organising it.”

Myton Hospice, (Menopause in the workplace).

“I have done a lot of research on menopause and been to see a lot of practitioners over the last few years, yet found my consultation with Sue the most enjoyable, realistic and informative of any I have attended. The diet protocol is really useful and easy to understand listing what can affect hormones in a good or bad way. This leaving me to monitor how I react personally”.

Emma, Chichester
